E-mail Forwarding in Hosting
In case you have a hosting plan with our company and you create e-mail addresses inside your account, you will be able to forward it with only a couple of clicks to any other e-mail address of your choice. The feature can be activated when you create a brand new email address or whenever you want afterwards and disabled just as easily in case you change your mind. This can be done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will control your account. You'll have the option to choose if a copy of the incoming emails will remain on our servers or not. The main benefit of this option is you will always have a copy on your end if anything happens with the other email address or maybe if it's not active for reasons unknown during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. In case the option is not enabled, an email will be received, forwarded and removed from our system regardless of whether the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it is usually a wise decision to have it enabled just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an e mail address located on our servers can be very straightforward in case you have a semi-dedicated server package with us and it will not require you more than a couple of clicks to create. This can be done in the Emails part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to keep an eye on the email addresses which are being forwarded and where the e-mails are going to with a glance. The feature can be activated and deactivated for any of the mailboxes inside your account. You can also activate or deactivate a handy option we have - a backup of the e-mails being sent through our system can remain on the server. This way, you'll also have a copy of your incoming e-mails and you'll not need to be worried about losing any information. In case you keep this option deactivated, you run the risk of losing e-mails should there be a problem with the remote mailbox.
